TFC was out the first project set up at Puchong. With our principles and business structure implementation, we can lure a good and quality traffic of customers into our food court. This success embedded confidence and made us take the next step.
With more ideas, experience, and better structure, we opened our new brand, Food City, in 2021. Our concept was that Food City differs from TFC by the nature of the location. Our first branch of Food City was opened at Southlink, Bangsar South.
The success of the Southlink Bangsar South branch gave us the head to open our next chapter at Aeon Taman Maluri, followed by our third branch at Avenue K, in the city center of KL.
As our strategic step, we opened our next venture, City Cafe, a pork-free food court that serves popular Malaysian food and beverages. City Cafe's first branch is opened at UOA Tower at Jalan Pinang, KL.

Comfort stays our main priority. Our intuitive environment includes fully air-conditioned environment, Instagrammable corners, neon lights and statement walls, as well as a workstations with charging pots.
Vendor Qualification & Selection Process
We scale, curate and qualify food stalls by evaluation that places a strong emphasis on food safety , taste and quality. Quality and safety of the ingredients, products and packaging are paramount factors that we evaluate.
Centralised POS & Management System
We have integrated POS & management system to avoid proliferation of unwanted or duplication of data. Our systems also help us in collecting data; they tell a retailer who is buying what, where they bought it (offline or online), their interests, and even when transactions were made.
Cleanliness & Safety Standard Practices
Maintaining a clean food space is critical in preventing foodborne illness. We at Food City practice many inborn regulations such as sterilizing cutlery, frequent table & cleaning and many more procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Our dedicated operation team is structured to run through a network that is integrated with management technologies, processes, and vendor relationships, stock counts and most importantly, customer management.

Being in the right location is important and essential for our business. Currently, all our outlets are within Klang Valley and they are easily accessible by MRT and busses. Our outlets are also located at premises that have ample parking that eases our driving customers.
